TFC APPOINTS DIRECTOR
Kimmy Chu one of the original staff members of the first “TFC Company”, Trade Finance Corporation Ltd, who has recently returned from a year long sabbatical, has been appointed as Director of both Trade Finance Corporation Ltd and TFC Capital Ltd. Kimmy is a Malaysian National. She graduated from City University in Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Information Systems and completed a Master of Finance and Management at University of Exeter in United Kingdom.

Kimmy is currently responsible for managing both debt and equity deals brought in via the global network of TFC Financial Group, primarily from Philippines but also Turkey and Poland origination. She has responsibility for TFC business outside of China but also has the relevant experience in the China market to bring Chinese groups into deals outside of China.

Kimmy also maintains the TFC relationships with institutional investors and lenders in Hong Kong and Singapore.

TFC TO SET UP A LOCAL OPERATION IN PHILIPPINES
Following the set up of TFC Capital Cambodia Co. Pte. Limited in Phnom Penh earlier this year, TFC Group has now received preliminary approval to set up TFC Capital Philippines Inc in Philippines. The Company to be based in Makati City, Manila will act as a conduit for introducing the Group’s global business partners to Philippines.

More details will be given when the establishment of the office has been completed in full.

TFC CAPITAL CAMBODIA – SUCCESS IN SIGHT!
During the past few months, TFC has been earnestly pursuing Oil & Gas opportunities in Cambodia, to which we have privileged access to Government officials and exclusive rights for the marketing of several onshore & offshore oil blocks. Progress was slow at first, but with the signs of a recovery in oil prices and more optimism for future investment, TFC is now close to successfully concluding a deal with a Malaysian based party for one onshore block. Discussions are also actively progressing on two other blocks, with significant proven oil and gas reserves.

TFC is courting Australian and North American based Oil & Gas companies for opportunities in the Overlapping Claims Area in the Gulf of Thailand. Starting with the securing of concession blocks, to detailed work programs and negotiations for exploration contracts, TFC is beginning to carve itself an important niche role in this highly specialized sector.

TFC TURKEY – WARM WELCOME OF TURKISH CORPORATE BANKERS
TFC is actively pushing the business development in Turkey since opening of Istanbul office. In line with enthusiasm of opening Turkey market, TFC has successfully presented itself at 3rd Annual Turkey Trade & Export Finance conference between 19-20 March 2009. TFC was one of the main sponsors of the event.

Mahmut Tumenbatur from Istanbul office, Kimmy Chu and Ms. Jessica Gaisano from Hong Kong HQ teamed up to present TFC.

This conference has been very useful to build up network and TFC brand in Turkey corporate banking sector. Mr Tumenbatur was one of the speakers in the conference, and he got very positive feedback from a lot of bankers after the presentation because all corporate banking veterans are very interested in TFC’s mission of being a bridge between China and Turkey capital markets.

朱景美小姐是贸易融资集团的元老成员之一，在完成其硕士学位课程后已重返TFC。朱君已被委任為贸易融资有限公司及TFC资本之董事。朱君籍贯马来西亚，在香港城市大学取得资讯系统学士学位，并於英国艾克塞特大学完成财务及管理硕士学位课程。

朱君现同时负责处理由贸易融资集团透过环球网络所带来有关融资及资本交易， 由原来菲律宾业务扩展至土耳其及波兰地区。除此以外，由於朱君对中国市场拥有丰富行业知识，故此能够把国内集团带出境外完成交易。

朱君积极将香港及新加坡等地方的机构投资者及借贷方保持紧密联繫。

TFC 在菲律宾设立办事处
继TFC於年初在柬埔寨金边成立TFC资本柬埔寨公司后， TFC现取得初步批准成立TFC资本菲律宾公司。该公司将位处於马尼拉，向菲律宾介绍本集团的国际业务伙伴们。

TFC 资本柬埔寨 – 成功在望
在过去数月，TFC资本在柬埔寨积极寻找石油及气体商机，我们有幸获优先与政府官员联络，并取得独家权為在岸及离岸石油块田作市场推广。此外，由於油价回穏以及市场对未来投资持乐观态度， TFC将近与马来西亚伙伴一在岸块田成功完成交易，其餘两块田则积极洽谈中，该两块田被证实拥有丰富石油及气体蕴藏量。
