TRADE FINANCE CORPORATION CLOSES additional TRADE FINANCE DEAL
Trade Finance Corporation Ltd (TFC) the Hong Kong based specialist trade finance boutique of TFC Financial Group has closed a second eight figure USD trade financing package for a Beijing based trader of iron ore and steel products.

The facility was arranged and structured by TFC and provided by the Hong Kong Branch of a top four Chinese bank, however a different bank from the first tranche announced last month. The facility covers all import financing requirements and is structured on a revolving basis.

Once again our client became a new customer of the bank concerned and it is good to see the local banks in Hong Kong taking on new customers again.

TFC CAPITAL (PHILIPPINES) INC MOVES TO AN EXPANDED OFFICE
The Philippines subsidiary of our Samoan registered investment banking business has moved into a new office in Ayala Tower One in the heart of the Makati City, Manila financial district. The full address is Unit 601, 6th Floor, Ayala Tower One & Exchange Plaza, Ayala Avenue, Makati City 1226, Philippines.

The Philippines office also welcomes Nanett Teves as the new Managing Director. Nanett is an Independent Director of JP Morgan Securities Phil Inc and was previously Country Head of ABN AMRO International Private Clients business and also was Head of Global Transaction Services at ABN AMRO, Manila too. Prior to this Nanett had built up a solid banking and credit background with Deutsche Bank, Manufacturers Hanover Trust and Chemical Bank.
