The world’s leading trade, commodity and export finance magazine, Global Trade Review (GTR) recently conducted its first Asia-specific awards for leading players in the market. Trade Finance Corporation has won the award of ‘Best trade finance boutique in Asia-Pacific’.
Voters in the GTR poll chose their favourite institutions in categories that included best trade finance bank in the Asia-Pacific region, best structured commodity finance bank, best export finance bank, best trade finance law firm, best political risk broker, best trade finance banks in various Asian countries, and of course the best trade finance boutique in Asia-Pacific, as won by Trade Finance Corporation.

The readers’ poll will be reported on in the Jul/Aug 2011 issue of the magazine and mirrors the highly-respected global awards that GTR runs each year, that has an awards dinner in London. The GTR Asia awards themselves will be celebrated at a dinner in Singapore on September 6th, a day before the region’s biggest focused industry event of its kind at the Grand Hyatt on September 7-8th: The Asia Trade & Export Finance Conference, organised by GTR’s parent company Exporta. The event attracts 300+ delegates for two days of Asia-focused trade finance networking and discussion.
